POTATO WEDGES WITH BASIL LEAVES (SNACK UNDER 10 MINS.)


Potato Wedges - A wonderful finger food  and easy snack , which all kids will enjoy. They just take minutes to prepare in a microwave. I have used dried basil leaves , you can change up the seasonings according to your taste and enjoy with various dips :)

For this recipe you need

2 medium sized potatoes
2 tsp. of sambar powder
1/2 tsp. of dried basil leaves
2 tsp. of olive oil
Salt
Preparation

Cut potatoes into wedges

In a baking pan, combine the potato wedges along with sambar powder and salt.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss the potatoes to make sure they get coated well.

Place the pan in the oven and cook for  10  min. Stir it once in between and continue again.

Remove from oven ,sprinkle the dried basil leaves and serve it hot

Potato Wedges with Basil Leaves is ready to be served......


Serve it with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise and enjoy :)
